01 What areas does Kenny D's serve?

Kenny D's LLC serves Council Bluffs and the greater Omaha metro, including Omaha, Bellevue, Bennington, Crescent, Florence, Papillion, La Vista, Ralston, and nearby communities. Call to confirm a specific pickup or delivery location.

02 How does hauling pricing work?

Pricing depends on the load, distance, time, equipment, and access. Some jobs are quoted by the load; others are priced by time and distance. Either way, Kenny gives you a clear number before the work begins.

03 How do I get a quote?

Call 402-660-8415. Tell Kenny what needs moved, roughly how much there is, where it starts, where it is going, and when you need it. Many quotes take only a few minutes by phone.

04 How quickly can you schedule my job?

That depends on current workload, job size, distance, and site access. Same-day or next-day service is often possible, while larger or more involved jobs may need additional lead time.

05 What materials do you haul?

Common loads include dirt, fill, gravel, topsoil, sand, mulch, landscaping rock, other landscape materials, construction debris, and general site-cleanup material. Call before assuming an unusual material or load can be accepted.

06 Do you work with homeowners and contractors?

Yes. Kenny D's works with homeowners, contractors, businesses, and job sites. Residential and commercial jobs receive the same direct, owner-operated service.

07 What is a hot shot load?

A hot shot load is a material or hauling job that needs to be handled on short notice. Kenny will do his best to accommodate the requested timing, depending on the load, distance, access, and current schedule.

08 Can you spread the material while unloading it?

In many cases, yes. Depending on the material, property access, and site conditions, Kenny can raise the dump bed and spread the load as the truck moves instead of leaving it in one pile. Ask when scheduling so he can confirm whether the location is suitable.

09 Do you load the material being hauled out?

No. Customers are responsible for loading haul-out materials into the dump truck unless another arrangement is made in advance. Kenny provides the truck and hauls the loaded material away.

10 Is Kenny D's licensed and insured?

Yes. Kenny D's LLC operates as a licensed and insured business. Commercial customers can ask about specific documentation while discussing the job.

11 What if I am not sure which service I need?

Describe what you are trying to accomplish. Kenny will ask the practical questions, tell you whether the job is a fit, and explain the right hauling or delivery approach. If it is not something he handles, he will tell you plainly.
